摘要
农业是事关我国国计民生安全的重要基础产业。为推动农业高效、集成、集约、集群式发展,对现代农业产业集群远程协同创新平台的基本内涵、应用模式、运行机制、制度体系进行了较深入的研究,特别对平台在新疆生产建设兵团的运用提供了系统思路。
Agriculture industry was fundamental to our national economy and people＇s livelihood. In order to promote the development of agrieultural with effioiency, integration, intensive, cluster, this paper deeply researched the basic meaning, plafform application mode, operation mechanism, and the institution system of modem agriculture industry cluster innovation platform, especially provided the system thinking of platform in the use of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
