摘要
城乡学前教育一体化给农村学前教育带来了发展机遇,有利于农村学前教育的合理规划,能够通过财政手段调节资源配置,在一定程度上缓解农村学前教育资金与师资贫乏的问题,为农村学前教育提供发展平台。同时,农村学前教育也面临政府整体财政投入不足、支持农村学前教育发展的县级幼儿园教育质量不高、学前教育县级管理制度不完善以及特殊的人文地理环境等问题与挑战。在城乡一体化背景下,发展农村学前教育需要做好顶层设计与整体规划,确保农村学前教育的财政投入,完善“以县级管理为主”的城乡学前教育管理制度,争取地方高校的支持。
The integration of preschool education in Urban-rural area may do good to the planning of preschool education in the rural area,provide solution to the problem of the finance and teachers,and offer the chance of development.While,there will be some difficulty,such as the lack of financial support from the government,the inferior quality,and imperfect management system.Using the Ur-ban-rural integration to develop the rural preschool education,we need the top-level design,guaran-teed finance,perfect management,and support from the local universities.
