摘要 目前国内外应用的经肺热稀释法脉搏指示连续心排量监测(PiCCO)是一项仅需一根中心静脉导管和一根动脉导管,结合了经肺动脉热稀释法和动脉脉搏波形曲线下面积分析技术的,微创伤、简单、精确、连续监测心输出量技术,有助于更好地评价、指导、改进危重病人的治疗。 Transpulmonary thermodilution pulse-indicated continuous cardiac output (PiCCO) monitoring only needs a central venous catheter and an artery catheter ,so is a minimally invasive ,simple ,accurate and continuous cardiac output monitor technique used at home and abroad now .It combines transpulmonary thermodilution and analysis technique of arterial pulse wave area under curve (AUC) .It helps to better evaluate ,guide and improve treatment in critically ill patients .
