摘要
通过分析某脱硫装置处理量受限的原因,提出引进富氧制硫技术,在不停工的情况下对2600t/a常规克劳斯法硫回收装置进行改造。项目投入运行后,数据显示,富氧制硫工艺取得了成功应用,在装置不进行大修改造的前提下,装置处理能力提高了20%,硫回收率和产品质量保持良好,相关经验和做法可为同行借鉴。
By analyzing the cause of limiting the capacity of a desulfurization unit this paper puts forward to introduce sulfur-enriched technology to modif the 2600 t /a sulfur recovery unit of conventional Claus process withou shutdown. After the project is put into operation,the data show th successful application of oxygen-rich sulfur process. Under the premise o the plant without major repair and modification,the processing capacity o the plant is increased by 20 percent,and the sulfur recovery rate and product quality remain good. The relevant experience and practice can b provided to the similar plant for reference.
