The author analyzed the ethical challenges of artificial assisted reproductive technology to society,family and personal from the perspective of technical rationality.From the level of medical purpose analysis shows that artificial assisted reproductive technology is a kind of medical practice of ontology,have their own ethical values ; Summed up from the ethics of life ethics confirmed and regulation of artificial assisted reproductive technology,the need to maintain moderate tolerance,follow the ethical principles,and improve the corresponding legal mechanism,using ＂ goodness＂ to regulate people＇s behavior.
