摘要
农村留守儿童由于家庭教育欠缺,自身心理敏感,学校教育较为落后以及农村医疗资源不充足等原因,身心发育现状令人担忧。分析农村留守儿童身心发育现状及其成因并作以伦理学探讨。提出如下建议:儿童监护人应更新教育理念、提高各方面教育技能;建设农村家庭教育支持体系,让广大留守儿童监护人意识到身心发育异常的危害;建立多种形式的留守儿童的保护网络,形成家庭、学校、社会三重保护机制;建立健全针对留守儿童的医疗保障体制;提高对留守儿童早期教育。
Left-behind children are lack of family education,psychological sensitive,school education,and the imbalance of the medical information resources,thus they have poor physical and mental development at present.This study focuses on analysis of rural left-behind children's physical and mental development present situation and its causes and solutions of ethics.Several suggestions were given to improve this issue such as children's guardians should update education concept,improve various aspects education skills.Should construct the rural family education support system,let the left-behind children's guardians aware of the dangers of dysplasia of body and mind; establish various forms of left-behind children protection network,the formation of family,school,society triple protection mechanism ; establish and pertect for left-behind children's medical insurance system; improve their children's early education.
