关于西安市社区居民临终关怀认知度及需求现状的调研

The Awareness and Needs about Palliative Care of Community Residents in Xi'an

目的了解社区居民临终关怀认知度及需求现状,为进一步研究社区居民的临终关怀提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法,对随机抽取的240名社区居民进行调查。结果仅51.7%的社区居民听说过临终关怀,不同年龄段、不同性别、不同健康状况以及有无医疗保险的居民对临终关怀的认知情况的差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),87.3%的居民认为在临终时需要专门的照料,多数居民选择的临终关怀方式是在家中得到配偶或子女的照顾,并希望同时得到疾病、生活和情感三方面的关怀照顾。结论社区居民临终关怀认知水平不高,临终关怀需求意愿强烈,临终关怀服务内容需求全面。

Objective：To know the status of awareness and needs about palliative care of community residents to provide the basis for further study.Methods：Total 240 community residents were surveyed randonly by the questionnaire method.Results：There were 51.7％ community residents only heard of palliative care.The awareness about palliative care among community residents with different ages,different sexes,different health status and the availability of health insurance was different statistically.And 87.3 ％ community residents needed specialized hospice care.Most residents chose to be cared at home by spouses or children and wanted to get the disease,life and emotional care.Conclusions：The awareness level about palliative care of community residents was not high.The will for palliative care was strong and the demand of palliative care was comprehensive.
