床旁教学协同情景模拟法在护士给药安全培训中的应用与效果观察

Bedside Training Combined with the Scenario Simulation in the Application and Effects of the Nurses Medication Safety Training

目的探讨床旁教学协同情景模拟法在护士给药安全培训中的应用效果。方法从2013年第三季度起,在全院各层级护士给药安全培训中,采用床旁培训结合情景模拟的方法 ,对比第三、四季度与第一、二季度护士理论、操作考核成绩与给药错误不良事件发生数。结果应用新的培训方法后,第三、四季度给药安全不良事件发生数为11例,较第一、二季度下降了12例。护士给药操作考核成绩第三、四季度合格率高于第一、二季度。结论床旁培训协同情景模拟在护士给药安全培训中应用效果显著,是一种行之有效的教学方法 。

Objective：To explore bedside training combined with the scenario simulation in the application and effects of the nurses medication safety training.Methods：The bedside training combined with scenario simulation was used from the third quarter of 2013.Comparison with the first and second quarter was made.Results：After the application of new training method,the wrong number of adverse event in medication safety is 11,decreased than before.The pass rate of test result of nurse administrative operation in the third and fourth quarters was higher than that of the first and second quarters.Conclusion：Bedside training combined with scenario simulation in nursing administrative safety training has remarkable effect,so it is an effective teaching method.
