平视显示器字符亮度及线宽测量系统

摘要 传统平视显示器字符亮度及线宽测量方法采用人工点对点式测量,费时,工作量大,测量结果易受主观因素影响。为实现标准化自动快速测量,本文提出了基于CCD式亮度计的字符亮度及线宽的测量系统。通过对平视显示器字符显示特性分析,确定了测量系统中的亮度测量的关键参数和线宽测量的高斯拟合半亮度线宽算法,并结合六自由度电控旋转平移台搭建了相应的测量系统,最后通过亮度测试和线宽测试实验验证了本系统的可靠性与准确性。 Traditional methods for measuring the luminance and line-width for Head Up Display ( HUD) were point manual measurement. Measuring process was time consuming and workload. The results were easily affected by subjective factors. To standardize measurements automatically and quickly,, this paper propose the luminance and line-width measurement system for HUD based on the CCD luminance meter. By analyzing the display characteristics of HUD character, The key parameters of the luminance measurement and the half luminance Gaussian fitting algorithm for line with measurement are determined. Combined with the CCD luminance meter and the six degrees of freedom motorized positioning and swivel table,the measurement system has been built. The reliability and accuracy of the system is verified by a series of experiments of luminance and the line-width measurement.
