动态透视测量铁氧体/聚苯硫醚复合材料内部温度-离面位移场 被引量:1

Dynamic Measurement of Temperature-out-of-Plane Displacement-Field Inside the Ferrite /Polyphenylene Sulfide Composite Curved Surfaces

摘要 使用相位对照B扫描方法,对温度变化过程中的曲面轮廓铁氧体/聚苯硫醚复合材料样品,进行内部离面位移场动态透视测量。实验测得了从37℃降温至34.5℃过程中,曲面材料表面及表面以下60μm深度区域发生的离面位移变化情况。材料温度变化较快处,发生了2.3μm的离面位移;温度变化较慢处,发生了1.7μm的离面位移。实验研究表明:相位对照B扫描方法具有测量速度快、轮廓测量和位移场测量分辨率高等优点,为电磁吸波材料的力学性能测试提供了一种有效手段,具有很好的实用性和应用前景。 By using phase-contrast spectral optical coherence tomography( OCT) ,we have successively measured the out of plane displacement field inside the ferrite/Polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)composite material curved surfaces dynamically. The results show that the out-of-plane-displacement-field inside the curved surfaces and 60 μm away from upper surfaces can be measured,when the temperature of the composite material was dropped from 37 ℃ to 34.5℃. Moreover,2.3μm of out-of-plane-displacement appears in the area where temperature changes fastest while 1.7 μm does in the area where temperature changes slowest. This research indicates that, phase-contrast spectral OCT is a useful method which has the ability of rapid measurement with high profile resolution and displacement resolution. It is also an effective way of mechanical property analysis not only in electromagnetic-wave-absorbing ma-terials but also in other engineering coating materials.
