摘要 对2Cr12MoV钢垫片分别进行了火焰淬火和高频感应淬火。结果表明,经这两种方法淬火的2Cr12MoV钢垫片表面硬度相当;淬火方法、垫片厚度及其加热面积是影响垫片表面淬火畸变量的主要因素。与火焰淬火的垫片相比较,高频淬火的垫片畸变量更小,淬火质量更稳定。垫片感应淬火的效率约比火焰淬火高1倍,感应淬火更适宜垫片的批量生产。 2Crl2MoV steel spacers were hardened by flame and by high-frequency induction respectively. The results indicate that the spacers hardened by both the procedures are well-matched in surface hardness, and that the amount of distortion resulting from the surface hardening is mainly under influence of hardening process, thickness and heated area of the spacer. Furthermore, relative to the flame hardening, the high-frequency induction hardening can allow the spacer to exhibit less distortion and relatively stable hardening quality. The efficiency of the spacer being hardened is about one time higher by induction than by flame, the induction hardening being more suitable to mass production of the spacer.
