摘要
针对风电大规模并入电网后,消纳风电能力受制约问题,基于吉林电网的电源负荷特性及峰谷差情况分析,在充分考虑尖峰电源备用、低谷火电机组深度调峰的情况下,提出了考虑电力平衡的最大风电消纳能力的计算方法,计算得出了2014年、2016年吉林电网最大风电可接纳容量,并分析了制约风电消纳能力的主要因素,最后提出了加快风电外送通道和加强抽水蓄能电站建设、推广电能替代工作、提高风电储能技术的实用化水平以及健全火电调峰补偿机制具体建议。
Wind power consumption ability has been restricted after integrated into power grid in large scale. Based on the power source load characteristic and the peak-valley difference analysis, with the full consideration of peak source back up and valley coal-fired power unit deep peak regulation, the maximum wind power consumption abilities calculation method including power balance has been proposed. The maximum wind power consumption capacities of Jilin power grid in 2014 and 2016 have been calculated. The main factors, which restrict the wind power consumption ability, have been analyzed. Suggestions on accelerating the construction of wind power transmission channel and intensifying the construction of pumped- storage power station, spreading electric energy substitution, enhancing the practicable level of wind power storage technique and improving the coal-fired units compensation mechanism have been proposed.
