200 MW机组定滑压运行经济性分析

摘要 针对机组低负荷调峰运行时间增长,汽轮机在低负荷运行时热经济性降低的现状,进行了运行方式调整,通过1号机定滑压运行经济性比较试验,证明1号机在部分负荷工况定压运行经济性均优于滑压运行,其原因是滑压运行高压调门重叠度较大,无法按照阀点滑压运行,部分负荷节流损失增大,1号机应在整个负荷范围内定压运行。 Steam turbine operation mode has been adjusted according to the extension of low load peak-regulation time and the existing situation of heat economic decreasing during low load operation. Economic comparison tests between constant and sliding pressure of unit 1 proves that , the operation economic under sliding mode with part load shows advantages compared with sliding operation. The reason is that the sliding operation could not follow valve point due to high overlap of HP governor, which causes the throttle loss increases under part load sliding operation. The operation of unit 1 should be operated under constant pressure operation mode in the whole load scope.
