防风通圣丸中5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷含量测定方法的研究

Determination of 4′-O-β-D-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol in Fangfeng Tongsheng pill by HPLC

目的:建立防风通圣丸中5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250 mm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相(梯度洗脱),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长231 nm。结果:5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷在0.031 17μg^1.039 0μg范围内有良好的线性关系,测得平均回收率为97.32%,RSD为1.36%。结论:该方法简便、可靠、重现性好,适用于防风通圣丸的质量控制。

Objective：To establish the determination method of 4′-O-β-D-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol in Fangfeng Tongsheng pill. Method：HPLC was performed on C18 （5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm）column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphate acid as mobile phase.Flow rate was at 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 231 nm. Results：The linear range of 4′-O-β-D-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol was within the range of 0.031 17 μg^1.039 0 μg. The average recovery rate was 97.32% and RSD was 1.36%. Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and reproducibility,and suitable for control of Fangfeng Tongsheng pill.
