PDCA 护理模式在改善内科护理质量中的应用效果

Application of PDCA in improving quality of medical care nursing mode effect

目的：探讨PDCA护理模式在改善内科护理质量中的应用效果。方法选取2012年5月至2013年11月在我院住院治疗的84例内科疾病患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组各42例。实验组采用PDCA模式护理，对照组采用常规护理，然后将两组患者护理期间的治疗总有效率、住院时长、患者满意度和心理干预效果进行比较。结果实验组的治愈例数39例显著高于对照组29例，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；实验组治疗总有效率98％大大高于对照组90％；实验组住院时长（6．27±4．84）d，短于对照组（10．13±3．55）d，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；实验组在患者满意度上非常满意32例、总满意40例，显著高于对照组非常满意16例、总满意26例，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；心理干预效果5个负面指标分值低于对照组，2个正面指标分值高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论 PDCA护理模式在改善内科护理质量中优于一般护理，取得了良好的效果，也更受患者欢迎。

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of plan-do-check-action （ PDCA） nursing mode in impro-ving the quality of internal medical care.Methods From May 2012 to November 2013 in our hospital 84 medical disease patients were ran-domly divided into control group and experimental group with 42 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted PDCA nursing mode, the control group adopted the routine nursing, total effective rate, duration of hospitalization, patients＆#39;satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The number of cured patients （39 cases） in experimental group was significant higher than that in control group （29 ca-ses） （P〈0.05） .The effective rate of experimental group （98%） was better than that of control group （90%） .The duration of hospitali-zation in experimental group 〔（6.27 ±4.84） d〕 was shorter than that of control group 〔（10.13 ±3.55） d〕 （P〈0.05） .The very satis-fied number of experimental group was 32 cases, the total satisfaction number was 40 cases, which were higher than those of control group （16, 26 cases respectively）.The scores of five negative indexes of mental intervention effect were lower , and the scores of two positive in-dexes were higher than those of control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusions PDCA nursing model is superior in improving nursing quality to general medical care, and good results are showed.
