中医临床护理路径对椎动脉型颈椎病患者的应用分析

Application analysis of TCM clinical nursing path for vertebral artery type of cervi-cal spondylosis

目的：探讨中医临床护理路径对椎动脉型颈椎病患者的应用效果。方法选择我院收治的98例椎动脉型颈椎病患者的临床资料，其中，观察组50例患者采用中医临床护理路径，对照组48例患者采用常规护理措施，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后，观察组患者的住院时间和住院费用分别为（10．2±1．3） d、（4679．3±199．1）元，均明显优于对照组患者，组间差异均具有明显统计学意义（ P＜0．05），观察组患者对医护态度、医护水平、健康宣教及心理干预等满意度分别为96．0％、100％、96．0％以及100％，均明显高于对照组患者，且差异具有明显统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论中医临床护理路径对椎动脉型颈椎病患者具有显著的疗效，有利于患者的病情改善，有效的提高住院患者及医生的满意度，同时提高了护理质量，值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of TCM clinical nursing path for patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spon- dylosis. Methods A total of 98 patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spandylosis were selected and divided into observation group with 50 cases and control group 48 cases. The observation group adopted TCM clinical nursing path, the control group adopted routine nurs- ing measures. The nursing effects were compared between two groups, Reaults After treatment, hospital stays and hospital costs in the observation group were （10. 2 ± 1.3） d, （4679. 3 ± 199. 1） RMB sigoificantly better than those in the control group （P 〈0. 05）, care attitude, standard of care, health education and psychological intervention satisfaction were 96. 0% , 100% , 96. 0% and 100% respectively in the observation group, those were significant higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0, 05 ） . Conclusions TCM clinical care path for patients with cervical vertebra artery has a very significant effect and it is worthy of clinical application.
