探讨神经内科重症感染患者感染原因、临床特点及其护理对策

Discussing severe neurological infection patients＆#39;infection causes, clinical characters and nursing measures

目的：探讨研究神经内科重症感染患者的感染原因、临床特点及其护理对策。方法随机选取2009年12月至2011年12月间我院收治的神经内科重症感染患者120例，作为研究对象。将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组的患者在常规治疗基础上予以头孢氨苄口服治疗，治疗组的患者在对照组的基础上予以甲硝唑口服治疗。比较两组患者在治疗前及治疗1d、3d、5d后的血生化指标情况，并且比较两组患者在治疗5d后的总疗效，综合以上检测指标对比分析神经内科重症感染患者感染的原因及治疗后的疗效。结果患者在接受治疗1d、3d、5d后，治疗组患者的血生化指标比对照组有明显改善，而且治疗5 d后的总有效情况明显好于对照组，经统计学软件SPSS 16．0分析处理后得出χ2＝36．94，P＜0．05，说明二者间的差异有统计学意义。结论在所有神经内科重症感染患者中，呼吸道的感染所致疾病占绝大多数，并且对神经内科重症感染患者采取联合用药的效果明显优于单一药物的应用。

Objective To explore severe neurological infection patients＆#39;infection causes, clinical characters and nursing measures. Methods In our hospital from December 2009 to December 2011 120 neurological infection patients were selected and divided into treat-ment group and control group.The patients in the control group were treated with cefalexin based on the routine treatment, the patents in the treatment group were treated with metronidazole.Blood biochemical indexes of two groups were compared before treatment and 1day, 3 days and 5 days after treatment, 5 days after treatment overall curative effects were compared.Results After received the treatment of 1 day, 3 days and 5days, the patients＆#39;blood biochemical indexes in treatment group was improved a lot compared with those patients＆#39;index in control group, and the overall efficacy 5 days after treatment was obviously better than that of the control group, with significant differences （ P〈0.05） .Conclusions Among all of the severe neurological infection patients, the disease caused by pneogaster infection take the majority portion, and using combination drug therapy to treat those severe neurological infection patients can have an obviously better effects than the application of single medicine.
