摘要
目的探讨VSD在胃肠瘘中应用的疗效观察。方法治疗组17例应用VSD治疗胃肠瘘,对照组16例置双腔套管持续冲洗引流。观察两组临床疗效。结果所有患者全部治愈,VSD治疗组切口感染率数、换药次数、切口愈合时间、瘘口愈合时间均明显小于对照组(P<0.05),无并发症。结论 VSD在胃肠瘘中的应用,临床效果好,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of VSD in the treatment of gastrointestinal fistula. Methods There were 17 cases in the treatment group treated by VSD, and 16 cases in the control group treated by double cavity cannula drainage. Clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results All the patients were cured. The wound infection rate, wound healing time, dressing change times, fistula healing time of VSD treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. There were no complications. Conclusion The application of VSD in treatment of gastrointestinal fistula has good clinical effect, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
