心理干预对人工授精患者不良心理状态的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨心理干预对人工授精(IUI)患者不良心理状态的影响。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)对100例拟行IUI患者进行问卷调查,了解焦虑和抑郁症发病率,心理干预2周后再次测评,比较心理干预前后评分差异。结果心理干预后患者SAS[(32.41±7.48)分]及SDS[(30.02±5.28)分]评分及焦虑和抑郁症发病率均较心理干预前(40.23±9.45)分、(35.42±7.14)分明显下降(P<0.05)。结论心理干预可有效减轻IUI患者焦虑和抑郁的不良心理状态。
