摘要
近年来,计算机在色谱最优化分离条件选择方面有所报道,本文利用数理统计方法,将高效液相色谱的重叠解离度方法扩展到高效薄层色谱的三元溶剂的最优化选择,成功地分离了九种有机农药。
Recently, there has been reported that computer can be applied to select the optical conditions for the separation of actual samples in Chromatography. This paper utilizes the methods of Overlapping Resolution Mapping and Statistics to select the optimum conditions of ternary solvent system in HPTLC. Nine biocides were separated by the methods with satisfactory results.
