128层螺旋CT冠脉CTA检查的护理配合

目的：探讨护理配合在冠状动脉成像中的重要性。方法冠脉 CTA 共212例，其中男142例，女70例，年龄36~83岁，平均年龄58岁。所有患者扫描前、中、后均进行了耐心、细致的护理。结果呼吸运动、心率、留置针的成功置入对冠状动脉成像的影响。结论进行细致、科学、有效地护理，可消除恐惧心理，保持患者心率平稳，保证呼吸配合，从而提高检查成功率。

Objective：To investigate the importance of nursing care in coronary artery imaging. Methods：212 cases,in-cluding 142 males and 70 males,were examined with coronary CTA in our hospital. The age ranged from 36 to 83 years old with a average age of 58. All were given meticulous and careful nursing care before,during and after examination. Results：The respiratory movement,heart rate,and the successful implantation of indwelling needles had an influence on coronary artery imaging. Conclusion：If patients are given careful,scientific and effective care,which is able to wipeout fear feeling, to remain stable heat rates of patients and to obtain the cooperation of respiration,the achievement ratio of coronary CTA can be improved.
