摘要
目的通过观察血浆神经肽Y(NPY)在原发性高血压不同血压级别及原发性高血压合并靶器官损害患者中浓度的变化,探讨NPY在原发性高血压病理生理进程中的作用及在原发性高血压靶器官损害中的意义。方法选取200例在2012年1月-2013年1月于泰安市中心医院被确诊为原发性高血压患者,合并靶器官损害病人共111例,其中单一靶器官损害患者78例,2个或2个以上联合靶器官损害患者33例。50例健康人作为对照组。采空腹静脉血用放射免疫方法测定NPY的浓度。结果单一靶器官损害组血浆NPY浓度明显高于单纯高血压而无靶器官损害组。联合靶器官损害组血浆NPY浓度明显高于单纯高血压而无靶器官损害组,而与单一靶器官损害组相比无显著性差异。结论原发性高血压合并不同靶器官损害患者均存在血浆NPY浓度的异常升高,血浆NPY可能促进了高血压靶器官损害的发生与发展,检测血浆NPY浓度可作为评价高血压病程及靶器官损害程度的指标。
ObJective:To observe the changes of concentration in plasma neuropeptide Y in the patients of essential hy-pertension with different blood pressure levels and essential hypertension with target organ damage,and investigate the plas-ma neuropeptide Y in essential hypertension and the effect of physiological and pathological process in primary hypertensive target organ damage. Methods:200 cases during 2012 January ~ January 2013 in Taiˊan Central Hospital were diagnosed with primary hypertension,synthesis of target organ damage in patients with a total of 111 cases,including single target or-gan damage in patients with 78 cases and two or more than two combined target organ damage in 33 cases. Fifty cases of healthy people were used as the control group. Fasting venous blood concentration to NPY was determined by radioimmuno-assay method. Results:Plasma NPY concentration of single target organ damage was significantly higher than that in the group without target organ damage in the hypertension group. Plasma NPY concentration in the combined target organ dam-age was significantly higher than that in the group without target organ damage in hypertension group,and there was no sig-nificant difference compared with that of single target damage group. Conclusion:The concentration of plasma NPY is found in the abnormal primary hypertension with different target organ damage,which may promote the occurrence and develop-ment of hypertensive target organ damage,and the detection of plasma NPY concentration can be used as evaluation of hy-pertension and target organ damage index.
