宫腔镜下治疗粘膜下子宫肌瘤的临床应用

Clinical application of hysteroscopic in treatment of the submucous myoma of uterus

目的评价宫腔镜下治疗粘膜下子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法分析42例粘膜下子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料。42例患者中O型15例,Ⅰ型19例,Ⅱ型8例。所有患者均给予宫腔镜下粘膜下子宫肌瘤切除术,术后随访至2014年3月。术后通过满意度调查评估患者的生育能力、剩余肌瘤是否增长以及月经改善情况,评价临床疗效。结果宫腔镜下粘膜下子宫肌瘤切除术术后满意度达97.6%,其中O型、Ⅰ型术后满意度为100%;30例要求生育的患者中有14例顺利妊娠,其中6例已成功分娩。结论在B超监视下进行宫腔镜手术治疗粘膜下子宫肌瘤安全、可靠、有效,可作为粘膜下子宫肌瘤治疗的首选方法。

ObJective：To evaluate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic in treatment of the submucous myoma of uterus. Methods：The clinical data of 42 cases of patients with uterine myoma submucous were analyzed. In 42 cases,there were 15 cases of type O,19 patients with type I,and 8 cases of typeⅡ. All patients were treated with hysteroscopic submucous resection of myoma of uterus,postoperative follow up to March 2014. Through satisfaction evaluation of patients with fertili-ty,residual myoma growth and menses,the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results：The resection satisfaction of hystero-scopic submucous myoma of uterus was 97. 6% ,and type O and type Ⅰ postoperative satisfaction was 100% . Fourteen ca-ses had successful pregnancy and 6 cases had successful delivery in the 30 cases of child patients. Conclusion：The treat-ment of submucous myoma of uterus under hysteroscopic operation in B ultrasound monitoring is safe,reliable and effective, which can be used as the preferred method of treatment of submucous myoma of uterus.
