摘要
通过深入研究我国水权交易价格形成机制现状,进而对水权交易价格形成过程中存在的主要问题进行分析,在借鉴国外水权交易和碳排放权交易价格的基础上,提出未来我国水权交易价格形成机制的发展方向。
Main issues existed in price formation process during water fight trading are evaluated through studies on the current mechanism in China. Future development trend of pricing mechanism for water fight trading in China is suggested on the basis of learning from other countries＇ experiences on how to sell and buy water entitlement and fight of carbon emission.
