摘要 以表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)水溶液为萃取剂,采用微波辅助提取海红果渣中的果胶,系统考察了SDS浓度、p H、微波时间、料液比、提取温度等因素的影响,并通过响应面法对提取工艺进行了优化,得出最佳工艺条件为表面活性剂浓度为0.8%,提取温度为50℃,料液比为1∶15,微波时间为14min,p H为2.0,重复提取两次,在该条件下,海红果渣中果胶得率为16.1%。与拟合的二次回归模型预测值基本相符。 The effect of Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)concentration, extraction temperature, extraction time and extraction solventvolume on the extraction process of Pectin Sodium dodecyl sulfate( SDS) as theextractant from Malus micromalus Makino with the microwave-assisted extraction technology were investigated systemati- cally in this paper. The extraction parameters were optimized by the response surface methodology. The optimum conditions were as follows:SDS concentration was 0.8%, extraction temperature was 50℃,the volume of extraction solvent used per gram dried Malus micromalus Makino was 15mL,extraction time was 14min,extraction pH value was 2.0.Repeated extraction for two times and the extraction rate was up to 16.1%.The predictionvalues of the fitted quadratic regressionmodelwell agreedwith the experimental values.
