摘要
反-2-烯醛和二烯醛类化合物是重要风味化合物,广泛存在于饮料酒中。本研究利用邻五氟苯甲基羟胺(PFBHA)衍生,顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)同时萃取衍生,气相质谱(GC-MS)定量检测了我国白酒中14种反-2-烯醛和二烯醛类。该方法选择性强,有较好的线性(R2≥0.9924),检测限范围为0.014~0.186μg/L,相对标准偏差均小于10.99%,加标回收率为84.47%~116%。该方法可用于白酒中反-2-烯醛和二烯醛类化合物的分析检测。
trans-2-Alkenals and alkadienals in alcoholic beverages were important aroma and flavor compounds.A new method based on the simultaneous extraction/derivatization with o-( 2, 3,4, 5,6- pentafluorobenzyl ) hydroxylamine(PFBHA) as derivatization reagent by HS-SPME coupled with GC-MS-SIM was developed for quantification of 14 trans-2-alkenals and alkadienals in Chinese liquor.This method showed good selectivity and good l inearity ( R2≥0.9924).The limits of detection ( LOD), relative standard deviation ( RSD), and recoveries were 0.014-0.186μg/L, less than 10.99%, and 84.47%-116%, respectively.The results indicated that the method provided a fast and simple technique to quantify the trans-2-alkenals and alkadienals in Chinese liquor.
