摘要
基于少齿数齿轮设计理论和有限元法,建立了少齿数齿轮系统有限元分析模型,进行了少齿数齿轮传动系统的动态接触分析,实现了少齿数齿轮系统的动态特性仿真,得到了少齿数齿轮系统传动时接触区域、轮齿接触应力等随时间变化的规律。分析结果表明:少齿数齿轮传动过程中,齿面最大接触应力出现的位置、轮齿应力沿齿宽和齿高方向分布规律都与普通斜齿轮存在差别,为轮齿的修形和提高承载能力提供了理论依据。
According to design theory of less-teeth gear and fi- nite element method, the finite element analytical model is estab- lished of less-teeth gear system, its dynamic contact characteristics are analyzed, and its dynamic contact simulation is formed. In the end laws of contact area and contact stress over time are obtained. The analysis of the results indicates that compared with ordinary helical gear, less-teeth gear transmission makes great differences in the position of maximum contact stress and tooth stress distribu- tions in the directions of tooth width and depth, which provides theoretical basis for the gear profile modification and improvement of loading capacity of less-teeth gear system.
