摘要
故障相关普遍存在于工程系统中,针对"二态"单元和"三态"单元串联组成的两单元系统,考虑任一单元发生故障后都会对另一单元产生劣化影响的条件下,以系统单位时间内平均维修费用最低为目标,利用更新报酬理论,建立了系统维修费用与维修间隔期的解析关系模型,最后通过算例验证了模型的合理性和有效性。
Failure interaction exists in engineering systems generally. For a two-unit system connected in series by a two-state unit and a three-state unit, on the condition that any unit's fault will have an ageing affect on another one, aiming for minimal av- erage cost per unit time, using renewal reward process theory, an analytical average availability model is built to solve maintenance interval of system. At last, rationality and availability of model is proved by a case. A reasonable and effective method is provided to optimize maintenance interval of complex system with failure inter- action.
