摘要
首先,对工艺路线与公差设计集成优化关键技术进行了研究,从而为模型的建立提供了理论依据。然后,提出了考虑加工因素,以最小加工成本为目标,以装配功能要求、加工方法选择、经济加工精度范围为约束的集成优化数学模型。最后,应用基于Matlab的Tomlab工具箱对一个齿轮部件的集成优化模型进行求解,得出了较满意的结果,证明了该模型的有效性。
Firstly, research has been done upon the key tech- nologies of integrated optimization of process route and tolerance design,and the result provides a theoretical basis for the buildingof this model.Then, the integrated optimization mathematical model was put forward,with the minimum manufacturing processing being the objective function, the assembly function requirements, choic- es of machining methods and economically machined accuracy. Lastly,the Tomlab toolbox based on Matlab was applied to the so-lution of a gear assembly model and the effectiveness of this model was proved with a satisfactory result.
