摘要
为了提高油田测井仪绞车使用过程中的舒适性和安全性,深入研究了测井仪绞车主控台操纵装置的优化布局方法。采用BP神经网络算法对主控台操纵装置在油田测井过程中的重要度和使用频次进行依次排序,为合理性布局提供数据支持;利用CATIA中的人机工效模块,以第50百分位数的男性人体模型为评定依据评测人体视域、上肢可达域的最优值,并利用人体动力学模型计算力矩和位移的关系,以此为依据,对操作者使用装置的舒适度进行优化设计,提出了合理性布局方案。
The logging winch used as special petroleum engi- neering vehicles, the environment is more complicated in order to meet the operator comfort and security. This paper conducts a thor- ough research to the optimization of layout of the console control. By using BP neural network algorithm for console control in the process of oilfield logging, it prioritizes important degree and fre- quency of usage, provides data support for the rationality of the layout, using Ergonomic modules of CATIA. The 50th percentile male human body model is used for evaluation basis to evaluate human vision and upper threshold and the human body dynamic model is used to calculate torque and displacement relationship. For the comfort of the operator to use device optimized design, reasonable layout scheme is put forward.
