摘要
由于石英挠性加速度计表头参数理论值与实际值不一致,会影响加速度计的一些性能指标。为了获得石英挠性加速度计正常工作下的实际表头参数,研究了采用电激励法测试加速度计系统的闭环幅频特性,在幅频特性测试数据的基础上,运用MATLAB中的最小二乘曲线拟合方法编制程序辨识出石英挠性加速度计表头的3个参数。结果表明,这种方法简单可行,具有很大的实用性。
The difference between the theoretical value andactual value of quartz flexible accelerometer will influence some of its performance index. In order to obtain the actual parameter under normal working condition, this paper studies the closed- loop amplitude-frequency characteristic of quartz flexible ac- celerometer under the condition of electrical stimulation. Accord- ing to the test data of amplitude-frequency characteristic, a pro- gram using the method of least square based on MATLAB is de- signed to identify the three parameters of quartz flexible ac- celerometer. The result shows thai this method is simple and fea- sible, and it is very practical
