摘要
依据国际标准ISO2631—1997和ISO5349—2001,以FAMOS为软件平台,实现了基于时域法、Welch和AR频率法的全地形车振动舒适性评价算法。以某全地形车道路试验为例,着重分析了不同算法在评价全地形车振动舒适性时的差别。结果表明,时、频域法计算结果差别很小,却各有其合适的应用范围。时域法思路清晰且计算速度快,适合仅从振动舒适性定量评价角度快速获得评价结果;频域法获得评价结果的同时,还可得到相应的振动频域特征,可为后续的改进提供参考。频域法中的Welch法和AR法相比,AR法功率谱密度光滑,易于分析振动的频谱特性,推荐优先使用。
Based on the international standard ISO2631--1997 and ISO5349--2001, the algorithm for the evaluation of ATV vi- bration comfort is achieved on the basis of FAMOS software plat- form. The vibration comfort tests are conducted on an ATV with a study focused on the applicability discrepancy between different al- gorithms in ATV's vibration comfort analysis.The results show that the calculated result is very small between the time and frequency domain algorithms, but each has its own appropriate range of appli- cations. The time domain algorithm is fit for obtaining evaluation re- suits quickly only from the angle of quantitative evaluation of vibra- tion comfort; the frequency domain algorithms can obtain evaluation results, but also the corresponding frequency characteristics of vi- bration which can provide a reference for the follow-up improve- ment. Compared with Welch algorithm and AR algorithm, the power spectrum density of AR algorithm is smooth, easy to analyze the spectrum character of vibration, so it is recommended to use first.
