中药内服配合隔姜灸治疗功能性腹泻疗效观察

目的:观察中药内服配合隔姜灸治疗功能性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:120例随机分成两组,治疗组60例服用理中汤、参苓白术散、羌活盛湿汤加减方,同时配合隔姜灸神阙、关元穴,治疗4周。对照组60例口服马来酸曲美布汀,14天为一疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组86.7%、对照组68.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束后2周,总有效率治疗组86.6%、对照组66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服配合隔姜灸治疗功能性腹泻效果较好。
