干眼2号方配合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗老年性干眼症36例观察

目的:观察益气养阴法治疗老年性干眼症的临床疗效。方法:治疗组36例(72只眼)口服干眼2号方及用玻璃酸钠滴眼液(人工泪液)点眼,对照组16例(32只眼)只用玻璃酸钠滴眼液(人工泪液)点眼。结果:总有效率观察组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光素染色积分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴法联合人工泪液治疗老年性干眼症能有效改善临床症状,促进泪液分泌,延长泪膜破裂时间。

Objective ： The curative effect of tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin method in the treatment of cases with senile dry eye syndrome is discussed in this paper.Methods ： Treatment group 36 cases （ 72 eyes ） in elderly dry eye syndrome with tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin oral medicinal broth and sodium hyaluronate eye drops （ artificial tears ） treatment; Control group 16 cases （ 32 eyes ） of 16 only use sodium hyaluronate eye drops （ artificial tears ） treatment.Results ： The observation group had a higher total response rate, and the difference between two groups was of statistical significance （ P〈O.05 ） ; the observation group had better SIT, BUT and FL scores improvements than the control group, and the difference between two groups was also of statistical significance （P〈O.05） .Conclusion： The combination of tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin method with artificial tears in the treatment of cases with dry eye syndrome can help improve the clinical symptoms, promote tear secretion, and prolong the effect of tear film fracture time.Therefore, this method is worth promoting in the clinical field.
