摘要 1介绍 发现新的抗癌药物的研究目前正面临着重要的挑战,因为在临床前研究显示有效果的化合物只有5%的能继续被开发,成为获得许可的药物。传统的2D细胞培养模型在药物发现过程的早期阶段被用于评估候选药物,然而,有越来越多的证据表明,在二维单层生长的细胞并不能准确地反映肿瘤的生物学复杂性。
