摘要 目的:考察麦味地黄丸中铅和镉的含量。方法采用微波消解法对麦味地黄丸样品进行消解,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定4种不同剂型61批麦味地黄丸中铅和镉的含量。结果4种不同剂型61批麦味地黄丸样品中均不同程度检测出铅和镉,铅含量为0.2~2.4μg/g,镉含量为千万分之0~10.2,浓缩丸所含镉的含量较其他剂型高。结论该方法专属性强,简便易行,灵敏度高,可用于麦味地黄丸铅和镉的限量控制。 Objective To determine the content of lead and cadmium in Maiwei Dihuang Pill by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Methods Microwave digestion was adopted in the determi-nation of the content lead and cadmium in 4 forms of drug from 61 batches of Maiwei Dihuang Pill.Result The content of lead and cadmium in Maiwei Dihuang Pill had been detected more or less in all forms of drug.The content of lead amounted to 0.2-2.4 μg/g and the content of cadmium was 0~10.2 in ten mil-lions.The content of both substances reached highest in the concentrated pills.Conclusion The method is specific,simple and sensitive.It can be used in the limit control for the content of lead and cadmium in Maiwei Dihuang Pill.
