植入式静脉输液港在乳腺癌辅助化疗中的临床应用

Clinical application of venous port access in adjuvant chemotherpy on breast cancer

目的探讨植入式静脉输液港在乳腺癌辅助化疗中的应用与效果。方法选择2013年6月-2014年4月新疆医科大学第一附属医院乳腺外科收治的15例乳腺癌患者,辅助化疗期间应用静脉输液港植入术,评估输液港的植入方法、护理及并发症情况。结果 15例患者全部顺利完成辅助化疗,未出现并发症。结论植入式静脉输液港可作为乳腺癌辅助化疗患者的首选输液通道。

Objective To investigate the application of venous port access （VPA）in adjuvant chemotherpy on breast cancer patients.Methods Between June 2013 and April 2014,15 ports were implanted in 15 pa-tients by surgeons.The effect of implantation of the VPA and nursing care were evaluated and the compli-cations were observed.Results All 15 patients successfully completed adjuvant chemotherapy.Related complications did not appear.Conclusion VPA can be preferred as the first infusion channel for breast cancer patients in adjuvant chemotherapy.
