摘要
目的探讨养老机构老年慢性病患者服药依从性的影响因素。方法采用自制基本信息调查表及慢性病患者服药依从性测量量表,于2013年12月至2014年2月对福建省9个城市40家养老机构的502例老年慢性病患者进行调查与访谈。结果受教育程度、是否有症状、病程是服药依从性的主要影响因素,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病程、受教育程度、是否有症状是老年慢性病患者服药依从性主要的影响因素。通过一级预防和二级预防干预措施来提高患者的依从性将得到良好的效果。
Objective To explore influencing factors associated with medication adherence in elderly patients with chronic disease in long-term care facilities. Methods Totally 502 elderly patients with chronic disease in 40 long-tern1 care facilities in Fujian province were investigated with the Chronic Disease Medication Adherence Questionnaire. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that the course of disease,educational level and symptoms were significant influencing factors of medication adherence. Conclusions The course of disease ,educational level and symptoms are influencing factors of medication adherence in elderly patients with chronic disease in long-term care facilities. It is suggested to provide primary and secondary prevention measures to improve compliance among elderly patients.
