中文版Kogan老年态度量表的修订研究

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Kogan's Attitudes towards Old People Scale

目的翻译并修订Kogan老年态度量表(KAOP),并考察其心理测量学特征。方法使用翻译的中文版KAOP对465名注册护士进行问卷调查,检验其条目鉴别度、结构效度、信度等心理学测量学特征。结果因素分析共提取2个因子,累计方差贡献率为35.959%。内部一致性信度为0.788,消极分量表(OP-)的内部一致性信度为0.847,积极分量表(OP+)的内部一致性信度为0.804。重测信度为0.974。本研究修订的KAOP与原英文量表结构一致,内部一致性信度较好,重测信度高,跨时间稳定性较好。但与原量表相比,删除了部分条目,最终保留25个条目,使其更适应于目标人群。结论修订的KAOP量表具有较好的信效度,可用于评估护士对老年人的态度。

Objective To translate and revise the Kogan＇s Attitudes towards Old People Scale（KAOP）,and explore its psychometric indicators. Methods Totally 465 registered nurses were investigated with the Chinese version of KAOP to test the psychometric indicators,including critical ration,construct validity and reliability. Results The Chinese version of KAOP consisted of 25 items. Two factors were extracted with a 35.959% cumulative contribution rate of variance,which was similar to the original scale. The internal consistency reliability was 0.788 for the total scale,0.847 for negative subscale and 0.804 for positive subscale;the test-retest reliability was 0.974. Conclusion The Chinese version of KAOP is proved to be a reliable and valid scale for assessing nurses＇ attitudes towards older people in China.
