老年人社会经济地位与其健康自我管理的相关性研究

The correlation between socioeconomic status and health self-management in elderly people

目的了解河北省老年人社会经济地位与其健康自我管理的相关性,为促进健康老龄化提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法对在河北省唐山、石家庄、张家口3市抽取的6173名大于60岁城乡老年人进行问卷调查。结果不同居住地、文化水平、月收入老年人的健康自我管理行为、环境、认知、总水平不同。有序概率Probit模型结果显示,城市老年人健康自我管理水平好于农村老年人,大专及以上老年人健康自我管理水平好于初高中、小学及以下者,月收入与健康自我管理能力呈正相关。结论老年人社会经济地位对其健康自我管理具有决定性作用,有关部门应采取针对性措施促进老年人健康自我管理。

Objective To determine the correlation between socioeconomic status and heahh self-management in elderly people,and to provide a scientific basis for the promotion of healthy aging. Methods Totally 6173 elderly people aged 60 old and older were recruited in three regions of Hebei Province by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method. They were investigated with questionnaires. Results The health self-management behaviors were different in elderly people living in different residence,with different educational levels and monthly incomes. The ordered Probit model showed that the behaviors were better in the elderly living in urban areas,with college or higher educational level and higher monthly income（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Socioeconomic status has a decisive role in health self-management in elderly people. It is suggested to take appropriate measures to promote health selfmanagement of the elderly.
