摘要
目的 观察健康人在适当握力、不同频率、不同时长下握拳锻炼后上肢静脉血流动力学的变化情况,探讨能促进上肢血液循环的最佳握拳锻炼模式。方法 选取45-65岁健康人300名,分为3个过程,按照A、B、C 3组依次进行,每组各100名,男女比例1∶1。A组确定适宜的握拳力度;B组使用电子握力器以15次/min、20次/min、25次/min、30次/min 4种频率进行握拳锻炼,观察不同频率上肢静脉血流动力学的变化;C组在A、B两组研究的适宜握力与最佳频率下,分别握1min、2min、3min,观察不同时长上肢静脉血流动力学的变化。结果 健康人握拳锻炼力度为弱档;在4种握拳锻炼频率、3种握拳锻炼时长下的血流速度、血流量与休息状态相比增加显著,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);握拳锻炼在25次/min、时长持续2min时,血流速度及血流量增加效果最为明显(P〈0.01);性别因素对研究结果的影响不明显。结论 握力器握拳锻炼能促进上肢血液循环,以弱档水平、25次/min、持续2min的锻炼为最佳模式,该结论可为指导行上肢锻炼的患者进行功能锻炼、促进上肢静脉血液循环、预防静脉血栓形成提供参考依据。
Objective To examine the changes of hemodynamic parameters after handgrip exercise in proper handgrip strength,different frequencies and durations,in order to determine the most effective handgrip exercise regimen. Methods Totally 300 healthy middle-aged adults were assigned to group A(handgrip exercise with different strength),group B(handgrip exercise with different frequencies:15 times/rain,20 times/min,25 times/min and 30 times/ min) and group C(handgrip exercise with different durations:1,2,and 3 mins). The venous blood flow velocity and blood vessel diameter in the right basilica vein were measured by pulsed Doppler ultrasound at resting state and handgrip exercise state respectively. Results The proper handgrip strength in healthy adults was in weak tap position. Venous blood flow velocity and blood flow significantly increased with the increase of frequency and duration(P〈0.01). When the frequency was 25 times/min and the duration was 2mins,the venous blood flow velocity and blood flow increased to the maximum(P〈0.01). Conclusion Handgrip exercise can promote the blood circulation in upper limbs,and the best handgrip exercise mode is in weak tap position,25 times/min for 2 ruins.
