肺移植治疗特发性肺动脉高压患者的术后护理

Postoperative care of patients with idiopathic pulmonary artery hypertension receiving lung transplantation

报告了5例肺移植治疗特发性肺动脉高压(IPAH)患者的术后护理。为确保IPAH肺移植手术的成功,对IPAH肺移植患者进行重症监护,严密观察病情,经体外膜肺氧合护理、急性并发症观察和护理、早期活动和康复训练、心理干预等措施,最终使患者成功度过重症监护期。

This paper summaries the experience of postoperative care of 5 patients with idiopathic puhnonary artery hypertension（IPAH） receiving lung transplantation. The key points to ensure the success of operation were intensive care after lung transplantation,close observation of early complications,management of extra-corporeal membrane oxygenation（ECMO）,early rehabilitation exercise and psychological nursing. As a result,all 5 patients got through the intensive care period successfully.
