中药及天然药物在肿瘤镇痛中的研究进展

Research Advances of Traditional Chinese Medicines and Natural Medicines in Tumor Analgesia

癌性疼痛是癌症患者在各种有害因素刺激下产生的疼痛,对健康状况、躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能等均可产生不同程度的影响,所以癌症疼痛是影响肿瘤患者生活质量的重要原因之一。目前在肿瘤镇痛药物的探索研究中,中药、天然药物已越来越凸显其药效良好、无成瘾性、不良反应少及资源丰富等优势,引起人们的高度重视,故就中药及天然药物在肿瘤镇痛中的研究及应用进行综述。

Cancerous pain is one common symptom in cancer patients,usually stimulated by a variety of harmful factors. 70-90% of middle and terminal cancer patients suffer from various degrees of pain,among which advanced breast cancer,prostate cancer and lung cancer account for about 80%. In current researches of tumor analgesic drugs,people are paying more and more attention to traditional Chinese medicine and natural medicine as it showed advantages such as good efficacy,non-addiction,less side-effects and rich resource. In this review,we will report the research and application of TCM and natural medicine in tumor analgesia.
