摘要
目的:探讨同事支持干预对中西医结合医院护士心理健康的影响,为中西医结合医院护士制定同事支持方案提供依据。方法:开展同事支持干预实验研究,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某中西医结合医院的护士进行评估,根据评估结果,对护士群体的心理状况情况进行分析,把筛选出的172名护士分为实验组(同事支持干预)和对照组(无特殊干预)。结果:干预后实验组护士SCL-90、同事支持得分均较干预前明显改善,其中实验组护士症状自评量表中的阳性症状数、躯体化、焦虑、恐怖、偏执及精神病性因子得分改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:同事支持干预能够改善中西医结合医院护士的心理健康状况,尤其是躯体化症状、焦虑、恐怖、偏执等情绪。同事支持干预体现了人性化管理,为增进中西医结合医院护理队伍心理健康水平提供参考依据。
Objective: To explore the effects of peer support intervention on mental health status of nurses in hospital of integrated traditional and western medicine, in order to establish a peer support system. Methods: Peer support intervention and longitudinal experimental comparison was conducted, and the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) was used to evaluate the psychological status of nurses in hospital of integrated traditional and western medicine. According to the evaluated results, 172 nurses who were poor in the psychometry were chosen and were divided into test group and contrast group. The test group was treated by peer support intervention, while the contrast group was given no treatment. Results: The scores of SCL-90 and peer support checklist of test group was obviously improved after the intervention. There was statistical difference between the test group and contrast group in number of positive symptoms, somatization, anxiety, phobias, intolerance and psychosis. Conclusion: Peer support intervention can improve nurses' mental health status, especially improve somatization and emotions such as anxiety, phobias, intolerance et al. It embodies human-based management, and can provide strategies and reference to improve the nurses mental health status in hospital of integrated traditional and western medicine.
