Meticulous management of medical examination process for older age group

目的:探讨精细化管理在老年群体体检过程中的应用效果。方法:对老年群体体检流程实行精细化管理,根据老年群体需求进行分组导检,通过实施岗前培训和优化体检流程,为老年群体提供全程人性化、亲情化服务。结果:精细化管理使体检流程快捷、有序、高效。结论:精细化管理有效调动了医护人员的工作积极性和主动性,提高了老年群体对体检工作的整体满意度。

Objective： To investigate the effect of meticulous management of medical examination process for older age group in the military hospital. Methods： We applied the meticulous management by grouping the elderly according to their needs and providing them with appropriate orientation service. After targeted pre-service training of medical staff and optimization of examination process, we provided the older age group with humanized services throughout all the medical examination process. Results： The meticulous management made the medical examination process quick, orderly and efficient. Conclusion： The meticulous management could effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and initiatives of medical staff, and improve the overall satisfaction of the older age group for the medical examination work.
