摘要
本文从护理工作环境的含义、护理工作环境的测量、护理工作环境的相关理论以及与护理工作环境有关的研究进展等方面进行综述,旨在帮助医院及护理管理者了解国内外护理工作环境的相关进展,为进一步的研究和决策提供参考。
The literature on the meaning, measuring and theories of nursing work environment and the research progress related nursing work environment were reviewed in order to help hospitals and nursing managers understand the relevant developments of nursing work environment, then provide a reference for subsequent research and decision-making.
