摘要
本文结合我国通信网、互联网、广电网三网融合改革与发展的新形势,从省级网络运营商的视角出发,在回顾企业文化理论的基础上,利用该理论对转型期企业文化体系创新进行了系统分析,并探索了确保企业文化落地实施的关键举措。案例佐证了企业文化必须同企业战略目标相匹配与时俱进地创新,企业文化创新必须有效地落地实施,在推动企业整合、转型中企业文化有积极的引导作用、凝聚作用、激励约束作用。以期对正处在变革期、转型期、整合期的其他企业提供借鉴。
This paper, in line with the new situation of innovation and development of our nation' s triple net integration-Telecommunication network, Internet and broadcasting-TV network, at the view of broadcasting operators, based on the review of the theory of corporate culture, launches a systematic analysis on the innovation of corporate culture systems in time of transition and explore the key conducts that have ensured practical fulfillment of corporate culture. The case verifies that corporate culture must match her strategic objectives and innovate at time' s pace and that innovation and fulfillment of the corporate culture plays the role of guidance, integration and incentive as well as regulation, so that it sets the example for other corporate in time of innovation, transition and integration.
