摘要
心理素质是员工岗位胜任素质的重要组成部分。本文论证了基于岗位能力素质模型推导心理素质的必要性和可行性,并在此基础上提出了一套基于岗位能力素质模型的心理素质推导方法。该方法为心理素质模型的构建提供了一种新的思路,同时有助于企业优化完善已有的能力素质模型。
Psychological quality is an important part of employees' competency quality. This paper first demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the deduction of psychological quality based on competency model. On the basis of it, this paper puts forward a method of the deduction. This method provides a new way for building the psychological competency quality model, and helps to optimize and improve the existing competency model.
