摘要
如何建立合理有效的绩效考评体系,是企业普遍关心的问题。本文通过案例分析发现,在企业战略转型过程中,如何依托组织变革改进考评体系,是一个复杂的动态问题。对此不能仅仅停留在制度设计层面处理,而要进一步考察制度运行过程。只有从不同组织成员对于绩效考评的期望、参与和反馈中,才能把握考评工作规律和找到考评改进办法。其中如何界定考评内容和怎样理顺考评关系,是涉及绩效考评各方面工作的两个全局性问题,需要从战略管理和体制建设的高度进行处理。
How to build up a reasonable and effective performance appraisal system, which is a topic that the enterprise superintendents cared about generally. This article takes company ZTBA as a case study to find out that basing on organization change to improve the performance evaluation system during the process of strategic transformation is a complex and dynamic problem, which cannot only stay in the level of system designing and should extend to the process of the operation of the system. Only from the different expectations of different members of the organization and the participation ways of performance evaluation can we grasp the evaluation work rules and find the improvement measures of performance evaluation. During this process, designing the content of performance evaluation and the relationship of performance evaluation are concerning all aspects of performance evaluation, which are needed to be processed from the level of strategic management and institution building.
