门诊老年高血压患者药物管理的护理干预效果

Care Intervention Methods of Medication Management of Out-patient Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的探讨门诊老年高血压患者药物管理的护理干预效果。方法对在我院门诊2012年1月至2013年12月管理的200例老年高血压患者的临床资料进行回顾性调查。结果干预前两组患者的用药管理水平、血压控制率之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的用药管理水平、血压控制率均比对照组高,二者之间差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论门诊老年高血压患者药物管理的护理干预能明显提高患者的用药管理水平和血压控制率。

Objective To investigate the care intervention methods of medication management of outpatient elderly hypertensive patients. Methods The clinical data of 200 cases of elderly hypertensive patients who had been treated in the outpatient from January, 2012 to December, 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The differences between of the medication management level and the rate of blood pressure control of two groups patients before the intervention ware not statistically significant（P〉0.05）;After the intervention, compared to the control group, the medication management level and the rate of blood pressure control of patients in the observation group ware higher, the difference was significant statistical significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The care intervention methods of medication management of outpatient elderly hypertensive patients can significantly level and blood pressure control rate, it deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical.
